Chinese concrete machinery manufacturer Zoomlion has appointed Buckinghamshire-based concrete equipment specialist Utranazz as its exclusive distributor for the UK and Ireland, covering the company's full range of truck-mounted concrete pumps, static pumps and placing booms. The agreement marks Zoomlion's formal entry into the UK and Irish markets and has direct implications for contractors and construction operators sourcing high-capacity concrete pumping equipment in both territories.

As reported by Commercial Motor, Zoomlion is one of the world's largest manufacturers of concrete machinery, producing more than 30,000 truck-mounted concrete pumps annually at its dedicated intelligent manufacturing facility. The pumps are manufactured in China before being shipped to Italy for mounting on European truck chassis, with European stockholding maintained to support short customer lead times.

The range is equipped with a suite of operator assistance and safety features, including Zoomlion's iSM intelligent support mode, designed to maintain stability when operating in confined areas, and a one-joystick boom control system intended to simplify operation across varied site conditions.
