The Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2025 brought together leaders, innovators, and changemakers from across Ireland’s manufacturing sector to celebrate excellence, ingenuity, and the pursuit of continuous improvement.

As a peer-reviewed platform, the awards recognise organisations that are setting new standards in operational performance, sustainability, and technological advancement.

This year’s Overall Manufacturing Excellence Award was presented to Astellas Ireland (Kerry Plant), honouring their outstanding commitment to innovation, quality, and team collaboration. Their achievement represents the spirit of excellence that continues to drive Ireland’s manufacturing industry forward.

Among the evening’s standout voices was Zanda Carroll, Business Partner at VLE Therapeutics, who shared the excitement of her team’s recognition.
