Earlier this year, Aerogen was named the Excellence in Health & Safety winner at the 2025 Manufacturing Excellence Awards, recognised for its outstanding commitment to building a safe, proactive, and sustainability-focused workplace.

With an impressive four consecutive years without a Lost Time Reportable Accident (LTRA), Aerogen continues to set a benchmark for health and safety performance across the manufacturing sector.

Aerogen’s success was defined by the strength of its employee-driven safety culture and its investment in continuous improvement. Through initiatives such as the “Good Catch” Hazard Identification Program, enhanced EHS education, and consistent safety communication, the company has empowered its workforce to take active ownership of workplace safety.

These efforts culminated in the achievement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications in 2024, reinforcing Aerogen’s alignment with global best-practice environmental and safety management standards.

Judges praised Aerogen for demonstrating excellence that extends far beyond compliance. “These finalists clearly impressed our judges with their unwavering commitment to safety and sustainability,” the panel commented.

“From implementing a group-wide recycling scheme to launching the ‘Good Catch’ Hazard Identification Program, they’ve set a new standard in workplace safety. With four years without any Lost Time Reportable Accidents and the achievement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications, this entrant truly leads by example, proving that safety is everyone’s responsibility.”
