Irish AI-powered software company WrxFlo has secured €3 million in funding to accelerate its expansion into the UK and United States, drive continued development of its SaaS platform, and grow its workforce from 60 to 200 employees by 2028. The raise is directly relevant to manufacturing and logistics operations seeking to replace disconnected legacy systems with AI-driven operational intelligence.
As reported by Irish Tech News, the round was led by Elkstone, with participation from existing investors Furthr VC and Enterprise Ireland, alongside a number of angel investors. The company has more than doubled its annual recurring revenue and grown its customer base across five markets including Ireland, the UK, Germany, China and the US.
Founded in Limerick in 2019 by former Dell manufacturing executives Tim Crowe, Ken Sheehan and Jennifer Kelly, WrxFlo provides manufacturers and logistics businesses with a single connected digital platform and an AI co-worker designed to reduce waste, anticipate risk and accelerate decision-making. The platform has helped clients reduce operational costs by up to 40% and improve productivity by 25% across production lines.
Tim Crowe, co-founder and CEO of WrxFlo, said: "We built WrxFlo from first-hand experience of running complex manufacturing and supply chain operations. We've walked in the shoes of our customers. We know how frustrating it is when systems don't talk to each other and teams have to chase data just to understand what's happening across the operation. WrxFlo connects those systems, applies AI to the data, and gives teams a digital co-worker that helps them remove waste, spot risks earlier and focus on the work that actually creates value. This funding marks an important milestone. We are seeing strong demand from manufacturers looking to harness AI in practical, measurable ways."
Niall McEvoy, head of venture at Elkstone, said the WrxFlo team brings rare operational experience alongside a platform that deploys quickly and adapts to each customer, and described the company as poised to become a category-defining business in AI-enabled operations software.
Richard Watson, managing partner at Furthr VC, noted that the firm had backed WrxFlo since its first round in 2022 and described following on in this round as an easy decision given the team's consistent delivery, deep operational expertise and strong international growth trajectory.
